We accept all major PPO dental insurance plans including Aetna, Anthem, Ameritas, BCBS, Cigna, Connection, Careington, DHA/Sunlife, DELTA PPO, DBP/UHC, Delta Premier, Delta Pro, Guardian, DenteMax, Principal, Metlife, Unum, UCCI, Zelis, Humana, and Lincoln Financial for your convenience and are happy to submit your claims.

We are also pleased to accept debit cards, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. For major treatments, our team will work with you to develop a payment plan.

If you have questions about your insurance benefits or the cost of your treatment, our team is always happy to assist you.

We respect your time and ask that you return the courtesy. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please give us at least 24 hours' notice. All late cancellations and no-shows may incur a $50 fee.

We deliver the best care at the most reasonable cost to our valued patients. All payments are due at the time services are rendered unless other arrangements are made in advance.

We do not accept Medicaid payments. However, we're happy to provide you with financing options prior to your appointment.
